Wisconsin Club invites Cowboy fans to watch the game

Mary Fabian

Before the Packer Fans watched the game being played at the iconic Lambeau Field, they had a traditional tailgate party in the courtyard of the Grill. With Packer flags flying and Packer Polkas playing, about 50 Cheeseheads lined up for a tasty Bratwurst lunch, not to mention a little keg of beer to wash it down.

It was a little warm outside at 90 degrees for the northerners to sit down in their lawn chairs, so they moved inside to watch the pre-game on the TVs. As the game went on they cheered hard, but their friends the Cowboy fans over in the bar area were cheering louder for their new quarterback!

It was a fun day for all!

The Wisconsin Club is re-organizing with currently 65 members. If you want to get on the mailing list, please email Mary Fabian, [email protected].

We’d like to get something organized for the first part of December, maybe to celebrate the first imagined snowfall with beer/cheese tasting? If you have any ideas please let Mary know.
