Sassy Stampers news

The Sassy Stampers April meeting was visited by Mary Nordenson, who in combination with Yarn Divas and Material Girls, create and donate blankets, sweaters, bibs, baby hats, changing pads, etc. to Operation Shower Baby Box Program. This program is a volunteer non-profit organization that coordinates baby showers across the country for moms-to-be with husbands currently deployed from any branch of the military. The Sassy Stampers Club is excited to join this effort by creating patriotic themed Thank You and Congratulations cards for husbands so they feel included in the activity. The next Operation Shower Baby Box program will be held at Fort Hood located in Killeen, Texas.

Sassy Stampers meet on the third Saturday of the month in the Creative Arts and Technology Center at 10:00 a.m. If you are interested in learning how to create one-of-a-kind, handmade greeting cards, please join us. Annual dues are only $15/year. The club is open to both beginners and experienced stampers. Stop by our window at the CATC to see some of our handiwork.
