Robson Ranch Aqua Zumba classes continue to grow. Aqua Zumba is taught at the indoor pool on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:45-10:45 a.m. The group is approaching their six-year anniversary.
Class is led by Ming Schrader. She is a licensed Zumba/Aqua Zumba instructor. She is also certified in the Athletic Fitness Association of America, Les Mills (Body Pump), Silver sneakers, CPR/AED and First Aid.
Taking care of our bodies should always be a top priority. Aqua Zumba is one of the safer workout options. There is less impact on your joints in the water. More resistance equals a greater workout. Water creates a natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. Aqua Zumba has taken Latin and International music beats for dance exercise. We dance the Cha-cha, Tango, Salsa and Bolly. We also use boxing movements to tone and strengthen the legs and arms at the same time. It is amazing to see how your health, mobility and strength improve after starting this program.
Men and Women, if you haven’t tried the class, please join us. Your first class is free. If you’ve been away for a while come back and join us again.
