On January 8, Robson Ranch gardener volunteers constructed nine new vegetable boxes in our community garden. The new boxes are made of western cedar and should last for many years. The men also rehabilitated some of our existing boxes, which were deteriorating.
We have several new gardeners already for 2015 and are looking forward to many more with the additional boxes that have been added to the community garden. If you want to lease one of these new boxes contact Althea Parent at 940-246-1002 Monday-Friday during the hours 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the activities coordinator’s office.
