As you drive from the Ranch and head east, you can now see the sponsor’s banners adorning the outfield fence of the Field of Dreams. This year we have many new sponsors to complement those businesses that continue to support the Robson Ranch Softball Association. The banners were dutifully set up by a group of volunteers led by Mike Conley and Jerry Bennett. The volunteers worked on a Saturday morning in a very well-orchestrated effort that ensured the field was ready for play. They also took advantage to gather and enjoy the beautiful day and the camaraderie of this now yearly event.
It is important to support all the local businesses that are sponsoring our leagues. Your patronage is always appreciated. By the way, for the first time, each team will have sponsored jerseys to wear and be proud of.
Speaking of playing, our two leagues, Co-Ed and Seniors, are already practicing and will begin playing on Monday, April 12. This year we’ll have six Co-Ed and three Seniors teams.
