The Robson Ranch Woodworkers Club is one of the most popular organizations available to the residents here on the Ranch. Membership is open to everyone, men and women, who have an interest in creating wooden projects for their own personal enjoyment, gifts for friends and family and charitable items for donations. We have all the major equipment and machines you’ll need and all the help too. We welcome all questions, so don’t be afraid to ask.
Membership fees are $50 per year and are pro-rated by quarter, so you will always get your money’s worth. There is a mandatory $15 safety training class where you will be given ear protection, safety glasses and an air mask. This is a fun class, and you really don’t want to miss it. You get to cut things up and sand things down!
Safety is our No. 1 priority, so there is always a monitor on duty.
Mondays are unofficial “ladies night” here on the Ranch. We currently have 14 active women on our roster, seven of whom have taken the monitor training course.
We currently have 124 active members so far this year. We have plenty of room for growth and we’d love to have you, so come out and get acquainted with everyone.
The best way to see what kind of an asset you have in the wood shop is to just stop in. We will usually have time to show you around whenever you come by. If not, we can schedule a tour at a time that is convenient for you. Either way, we’d love to see you!
