The Rockin’ the Ranch 2022 Concert/Dinner Series was a tremendous success. The club continues to bring the top tribute and classic rock cover bands in the DFW area to Robson Ranch, bringing back great memories for concert goers.
Established in 2018, the Classic Rock Club concerts have become one of the hottest tickets here at Robson Ranch, with the majority of the shows quickly selling out on the first day. Some of the top concerts this year were Double Vision, Foreigner Tribute; Schroomville, Allman Brothers Tribute; Walk This Way, Aerosmith Tribute; Even It Up, Heart Tribute; Escape, Journey Tribute; Buffett Beach, Jimmy Buffett Tribute; Hard Nights Day, Beatles Tribute; and Desperado, Eagles Tribute.
The club also worked closely with the Wildhorse Grill this year to help provide the music for the free Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day concerts on the patio.
Thanks to concert attendees, and keeping with one of the club’s primary tenets of giving back to the community, the club was able to donate over $6,000 to local charities, including Our Daily Bread, UNT Music Scholarship Fund, Robson Ranch Music Club’s Special Community Project for the Borman Elementary Orchestra, Children’s Advocacy Center, and the North Texas Food Bank.
The Rockin’ the Ranch 2023 Concert/Dinner Series is already shaping up to be another amazing year. The series kicks off on Saturday, Feb. 4, with a Cabin Fever party featuring Burning Sky Band. They’ll keep the dance floor full performing ‘60s, ‘70s, and ‘80s classic rock covers, a little country rock, and more. Get ready to party!
The 2023 calendar also includes Michael Lee from The Voice, 2018 season, turning three chairs and ending up on Blake Shelton’s team; Lone Star Skynyrd, Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute, and 2022 Josie Music Awards winner for Best Tribute Band; Texas Flood, Stevie Ray Vaughn Tribute, along with a high-energy journey through the blues; Windy City, Tribute to Chicago; Elton Johns with Epic Unplugged, Elton John Tribute, plus classic rock songs performed unplugged, with vocals, full band, and string quartet; Buffett Beach, Tribute to Jimmy Buffett; Fleetwood X, Tribute to Fleetwood Mac.
Plus, the club is working on a couple of big surprises to be announced.
