Staying active starts from the ground up. Robson Ranch residents are invited to step into better health at an upcoming educational event focused on foot wellness. The Living Well Committee will host Dr. Tim Fishman for a presentation titled “Happy and Healthy Feet” on Thursday, May 14, at 1 p.m. in the Clubhouse.
This informative session will cover the essentials of maintaining healthy feet as we age—helping you stay mobile, comfortable, and confident in your daily activities. You’ll gain practical insights into common foot conditions, prevention strategies, and when to seek professional care.
Topics include fungal toenails and athlete’s foot infections, calluses and plantar warts, diabetic foot care and neuropathy, and circulation concerns. The presentation will also address heel pain, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, Achilles tendon discomfort, neuromas, bunions, and hammertoes.
Designed with active adult lifestyles in mind, this session will provide valuable knowledge to support long-term foot health and overall wellness.
