Bringing Help, Hope, and Healing: The Mission of c

On Friday, May 10, at 10 a.m. a beacon of hope will shine brightly at the Robson Ranch clubhouse as Texans on Mission, also known as Texas Baptist Men (TBM), gather to share their inspiring journey of helping those in desperate need. Since 1967, TBM has been on a relentless mission to extend God’s love to millions of people enduring their darkest hours, whether it be in the wake of hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, or even a pandemic.

Terry and J.C. Crabtree bring firsthand insights into the transformative work of this ministry. From aiding survivors of tragic events like the Oct. 7 massacre in Israel to helping during times of conflict in places like Poland amid the Ukraine war, their experiences underscore the profound impact of TBM’s mission.

Originating with disaster relief efforts within the United States, TBM’s compassion and dedication have transcended borders, reaching countless individuals worldwide. This event aims to shed light on their tireless efforts and the impact they’ve made across communities.

TBM’s approach to providing hope encompasses various avenues. In times of crisis, immediate needs such as food, water, and shelter are addressed promptly. Teams are swiftly deployed to assist with debris clearance, home restoration, and perhaps most importantly, offering solace through prayer, reminding survivors that they are not alone in their struggles.

One notable offshoot of TBM is the Royal Ambassador program, which nurtures young disciples by equipping churches with training and outreach opportunities, empowering them to make a positive impact globally.

This event provides an invaluable opportunity to gain deeper insights into how TBM is effecting change in the world, one act of kindness at a time. Women Sharing Hope, fostering bonds, nurturing spiritual growth, and spreading God’s love, welcomes all without any membership requirements.

Women Sharing Hope extends a warm invitation to all on May 10 to hear from two remarkable individuals who have touched the lives of many. Terry and J.C. Crabtree will illuminate the mission of TBM and their significant contributions to our beloved State of Texas and beyond.
