The Goumbas

The August Goumba lunch was held at the world famous Portofino’s in Krum. Alfredo, the Godfather/owner, greeted the group with open arms and again delivered a feast complete with dessert that was over the top. Grand Goumba Bob Tastle called the meeting to order, and pending business was addressed. The topic most discussed during lunch was the current hurricane destruction in the Houston area. After closing the meeting the group adjourned to the Grill for a debriefing. The debriefing turned into dinner for several of the members. It was another great afternoon of fellowship, food and drink.
