It was a bright, sunshiny day in May when the Ladies With Hattitude enjoyed a wonderful Tea Party Luncheon at the home of Jean Euker. Many of the ladies came wearing dresses and hats. Some came with flowers or bows in their hair.
Plenty of assorted finger sandwiches were served with several side items to choose from. Then came the assortment of tiny desserts, even including small bowls of tiny candies. And, of course, all was accompanied by lots of cups of freshly brewed tea served in fancy teacups. Everyone had a different designed cup, and several fancy teapots were at each table.
After everyone had their fill of food and tea, games were played. One of the games was meant to give everyone some insight to experiences that each had in their lives. We learned and laughed a lot as we found out fun facts about one another.
As we prepared to leave, small plates were given to everyone to fill with the leftovers to take home with them. It was a fun day for everyone.
