Living Well

Claudia J. Caporale

Hello spring! And welcome new neighbors.

This winter challenged even those from the New England areas and Alaska. Most of us have never experienced such cold temperatures; but alas, spring is on its way! Time to get out and get moving—events and activities you’ll find through the Living Well Committee.

Did you know that the Living Well Committee provides speakers, demonstrations, group walks, blood pressure check, or other special events? Living well means supporting your entire body, through: physical events, encouragement, support, laughter, and enlightenment.

If you missed our Easter walk on April 3, we hope you’ll join us next time. Watch for our weekly announcements. These walks are a great way to meet new neighbors while enjoying fresh air, beautiful surroundings, and getting some exercise. Also, check out our website, www.rrlwc.com.
On April 22 at 2 p.m., Claudia Caporale, a Robson Ranch resident and author will present “Yesterday’s Treasures,” a program that most of us can relate to. How many treasures do you have, and how will you pass them on? Join us! There’s more information on weekly announcements or check our website. We’re always looking for speakers with an interesting topic in our genre. Contact Joyce Ambre at [email protected].

Need to keep track of your blood pressure? The Living Well Committee offers it every Wednesday at the clubhouse, from 9 to 10 a.m.

And in order to live well, we need to eat well! Check out the wonderful offerings our vendors have in the parking lot every Friday morning. If you’re looking for organic produce and meats, you need not go far to get them. Robson residents are blessed to have so many amenities at our fingertips.

It’s spring, so get out there and enjoy life! There’s so much to do right here at Robson Ranch.
