These are exciting times for the Wildhorse Golf Course with new opportunities for Robson Ranch residents. The new website for the golf course, www.robsonranchgolfclub.com, provides information about new 2015 rates, specials and golf instruction. One can enter their email address to receive announcements of specials and events. This site, combined with more frequent information from the Golf Pro Shop, will offer greater and timelier communication to Robson residents. Future plans include our course’s own Facebook page for better exchange with non-residents.
In response to suggestions from our residents there are now new tee boxes, silver, on the course that allow golfers to play a shorter Par 68 course. The new tees are designed to facilitate smoother play and avoid several of the more difficult obstacles to par play. Another opportunity for golfers to improve their play is now being offered by the Lone Star Golf Academy with a reduced price package for beginning golfers.
This is the time of year when our Robson Ranch golf organizations renew memberships and enroll new golfers for the 2015 golf season. Both women and men residents have opportunities to play 9 or 18 holes on regularly scheduled days.
