Martha Gills is the champion!

What a show Martha put on at the horseshoe courts to win the gold medal. She started the day as the 4th seeded player. To win the tournament, she beat 11th seed, the 1st seed, and the 2nd seed for the championship. She totaled 63 points for the day and was definitely the crowd favorite. The silver medal went to Doug Hagen, and the bronze to Bob Cook.

In the ringer division, Doug and Bob tied for first, and Larry Borders won the bronze medal. In the dingers (total points out of 50 shoes) division, Doug Hagen took the gold, Bob Cook the silver, and Larry Borders the bronze.

We thank Joey Misiaszek and Mike Futscher for making all the awards. We thank all the workers who worked the sign-in table, Pits, scoring table, refreshment table, bell ringers, and those who took pictures. We had a great crowd and had a great time.
