Welcome to the 2023-24 Robson Rollers Bowling League season! I would like to thank Richard and Sheila for all their years of service to our league. They have done an incredible job, and Dennis and I will have very large shoes to fill. I also want to thank the league secretaries for all their hard work. They have all agreed to stay on and give us a hand with the transition.
I cannot believe that it is time for sign-ups! Our sign-ups will be on the following dates:
Aug. 12 in the Bandera Room from 9 a.m. to noon
Aug. 14 in the Legacy Room from 2 to 4 p.m.
Aug. 16 in the Bandera Room from 2 to 4 p.m.
Aug. 25 in the Lounge at the Grill (our annual Happy Hour) from 5 to 7 p.m.
We plan on having two Open Bowl nights at Bowlero to get some practice in, maybe try out some new equipment, and, hopefully, raise a glass and meet some new and old friends!
The dates will be Aug. 10 and 24. We will have 16 lanes available for two hours. Start time is 6:30 p.m., and we end at 8:30 p.m. There is no set number of games. The cost is free.
We will need to know how many from your team will be coming. If you have less than three from your team, you will be paired up with another team/lane. We only have 16 lanes per date.
