There are two main areas of new lots and construction at Robson Denton, with stages of construction and a bit of golfing on the north course. Winter has stamped the area brown where the dirt has not been turned. These are Lots 26 and 27 on the north side of Robson Denton. Lot 26 extends from Lot 6-2 on the east perimeter west to Robson Blvd. Lot 27 stretches from Robson Blvd. west to Lot 20 by Michelle Way.
