Robson Ranch Community Gate and Security Reminders

As our community continues to grow, the front gate and security team would like to share a few important reminders to help keep everyone safe and informed.

1. Front Gate Hours

The front gate is currently staffed from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Please note that our security patrol truck operates 24 hours a day.

2. Overnight Guests and Parking

Please ensure overnight vehicles display a guest decal when parked in your driveway. Decals should be placed so they are clearly visible from the street.

Street parking is a violation of HOA rules. If a vehicle must be parked on the street, please stop by the front gate to complete a parking request form.

3. Vacation Watch Program

Heading out of town? Stop by the front gate and complete a vacation watch form. Our patrol team will periodically check your home for issues such as open garage doors or unattended packages.

4. Resident and Golf Cart Decals

When registering your vehicle(s) or golf cart with the HOA, add the Robson resident or golf cart decal to your windshield.

5. After-Hours Entrance Access

If you arrive late without a transponder, or if you have visitors arriving after hours, please use the call box at the visitor entrance of the main gate.

* Select “phone call”, then “directory code”

* Search for the resident’s name and select it

* The system will call the resident’s phone number on file

* When the resident answers, pressing “6” will open the gate

To reach the Patrol Team directly after hours, select “phone call”, then “directory code”, and enter 0122. Instructions for contacting patrol are posted below each visitor call box.

6. Speed Limits and Signage

Please obey all posted speed limits and traffic signs throughout the property. Be especially mindful of pedestrians. These rules apply to both vehicles and golf carts and are essential for everyone’s safety. At the main gate note that, while many resident vehicles trigger the gate to open early, please drive slowly toward the gate to avoid it closing as you approach.

7. Patrol Assistance

Need help with a dead battery, low tire pressure, or even an unexpected snake? Our patrol team is happy to assist. You can reach them at 940-465-7303.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our community safe and welcoming for everyone.
