The Robson Ranch Holiday Gala will be held Dec. 4 in the Robson Ranch clubhouse. Doors open at 6 p.m., dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m., and the DJ will play from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $80 per person.
The HOA and Wildhorse Grill are teaming up to bring you a special holiday party. You’ll enjoy a three-course, plated meal, and the Party Time Texas DJ will provide great music to dance the night away!
Tickets are available to reserve on the HOA website starting Nov. 1 at 9 a.m. Tables will be set for 10 people each.
First Course: Arugula and Lola Rosa with dried cranberries, crushed pistachios, feta cheese, hearts of palm, and tequila lime vinaigrette
Second Course: 6-ounce cold smoked angus filet, chive and fresh herb mash, roasted forest mushrooms, Cabernet demi-glace with jumbo shrimp, and champagne beurre blanc
Third Course: Dulce de leche cheesecake with praline cajeta and Chantilly cream
