Robson Riders head to the Prairie (House Restaurant)

Mike Conley

The Robson Ranch Motorcycle Club had our monthly dinner ride on June 24 (Thursday). Seven bikes, one chase car and 14 people attended this event. Mike Conley, our Ride Captain, and Jim Sico, our Sweep, lead us on a scenic ride out of the Ranch toward Argyle, continued west up Teasley Lane to the Lewisville toll bridge, turned north on FM 720 and ended up in Crossroads, Texas. What is there you ask? The Prairie House Restaurant, of course. The restaurant serves great country cooking, and they catered to our every need in our own private dining area. You know bikers can be a little rowdy, so better separate us from the normal patrons!

A great time of fellowship and food was had by all. We left there and most folks might just go home, but not the Riders. One more stop at “Mr Frosty’s” for some after dinner ice cream. On a warm evening this sure tasted good. Attendees of the ride that you can see in the photo are Dave and Jan Riddle, Jim and Dee Sico, Scott and Vicki Baker, Edward and Elaine Barnett, Steve and Cindy Haugen, Roger and Sondra Hardman and Mike and Marti Conley.
