Rockin’ Readers, a Robson Ranch book club, celebrated their third annual holiday party at the home of Elise Treu. Members are Jackie Ford, Lorraine Hecker, Gay Hall, Nancy Kilkenny, Sally Wobbeking, Elise Treu, Charlotte Dutton, Linn Smith, Ann Allender, Jo Wagner, Lisa Jones, Barb Hedges, Michelle Crissey, Ann Allender, and Frankie Germany. It was a jolly fun event, with members dressed in a Santa hat, Christmas sweaters, and Christmas shoes.
Elise started the festivities with her potent candy cane cosmos. Members dined on delicious meat and vegetable lasagnas, a scrumptious salad, and an amazing strawberry sponge cake.
It was not a silent night. Rockin’ Readers loudly competed in games and gift exchanges. They made joyful noises, laughing and singing Christmas carols, ending with an amazing round robin rendition of “The Twelve Days of Christmas.”
