A Splash of Color by Ruth Loyd, Material Girls member, was displayed in the Arlington Quilt Show in August and the Bear Creek Show in June. Ruth has been collecting black and white fabric for several years. She put it to good use when she took a class on how to make the basic square. Ruth has been quilting since 1995.
