The RR Table Tennis Club and the Farmers Branch Table Tennis Club

On October 13 the Table Tennis Club at Robson Ranch Texas hosted the Farmers Branch Table Tennis Club in a Doubles Table Tennis Tournament. Partners were selected in a blind draw that matched a Robson Ranch club member with a Farmers Branch club member. All eight tables were used in the tournament with the respective table winners moving to the next higher table and then defending their right to remain as “king of the hill.” A potluck lunch was held following the tournament where all participants and spectators shared in their tournament “war stories.” All participants agreed that this was a great time of fellowship, exercise and competition, exposing all of us to different styles of table tennis play. Already in the plans is another tournament and play time between the clubs in 2018.

We encourage you to simply show up at these times and be greeted by our members who are already seeing the benefits of playing table tennis on a regular basis. Get started now and be ready in 2018 when the Robson Ranch Table Tennis Club will again host the Farmers Branch Club.
