After a brief hiatus, The Touring Chocolatier is back! Kay Thibodeaux is head chocolatier and president of The Touring Chocolatier. With over 15 years’ experience in the chocolate industry, Kay is constantly honing her confectionary making skills to provide our market attendees with wonderful chocolates made right in her own production facility located in Northlake.
Kay returns to our market with offerings such as her fabulous milk and dark chocolate truffles, bark flavors such as dark chocolate sea salt almond, cinnamon crunch s’mores, sweet & salty, cookies & cream, bourbon bacon pecans, and much, much more.
The offerings this summer are expanding to fresh fruit popsicles and frozen lemonade. She will also have fresh fruit baskets and chocolate-dipped strawberries available.
