June 22: Lone Star Park Live Thoroughbred Racing
The bus will leave for Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie at 5 p.m. The races start at 6:35 p.m. with the last race at 9:51 p.m. The deluxe motorcoach will return you to the Ranch around 11 p.m.
Price includes admission to the park, table reservation at the Silks Buffet, and a race program. $149 per person.
July 27: Steel Magnolias at Casa Manana
An afternoon departure from the Robson clubhouse will take you to Sundance Square for dinner on your own, with free time before going to Casa Manana for the performance. After the 7:30 p.m. play, you will return to the Ranch. $129 per person, includes admission to the play.
Aug. 18: Texas Rangers Ball Game
No need to worry about the heat of the day for an afternoon ballgame at Globe Life Park in Arlington. The new ballpark is air conditioned for your comfort. With a first pitch at 1:05 p.m., you will have time to enjoy a lunch at Texas Live on your own. Door-to-door motor coach service included at $110 per person, which includes admission to Globe Life Park.
Oct. 6: Fort Worth Ale Trail
New for the Road Runners is the Fort Worth Ale Trail. The tour will include four breweries: Soul Fire Brewing in Roanoke, and in Fort Worth, Second Rodeo Brewing, Cowtown Brewing, and Fort Brewery. The trip would not be complete without a stop at Cooper’s Old Time Pit Bar-b-que. The per person price is $169, which includes tastings at each stop, water, and munchies on the bus. Food and other beverages are available at each of the breweries.
