Each year an election is held for a Robson Ranch resident to be a member of our HOA Board of Directors. The results of that 2017 election will be announced at the HOA annual meeting on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
The process is simple. The General Manager of Robson Ranch will notify the community of who is running and the specific manner in which the campaign can be conducted. The Election Committee is responsible for organizing and executing the election process. This committee will hold a Meet The Candidate Forum on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. The ballots will be mailed to each homeowner residence of record the next day. This will give everyone an opportunity to hear the candidates speak before voting actually begins. Once you have determined whom you wish to be your representative you may mail the ballot back to the HOA office or drop the ballot in the ballot box in the HOA office. The deadline to vote is 4:00 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2017. All votes must be in the HOA office at that time to be counted.
As informed voters we need to select a representative for our HOA board who can represent us and continue to make this community the best place for all of us to live active, healthy lives.
