For two years in a row in the month of July the Wildhorse Lady Niners have chosen the beautiful Bridlewood Golf Course as their travel day “go to” location. It is not hard to understand why with its challenging, well shaded and well manicured course, friendly staff, and beautiful surroundings. The shady areas were much appreciated this year as we played with temperatures up to 100 degrees! Forty-nine ladies braved the heat to enjoy some friendly competition and show off their patriotic style as they continued celebrating the 250th birthday of the land we love, the United States of America!
On our July 22 travel day, two teams tied for first place with gross scores of 39 on nine holes. One team of three consisting of Tracy Hagerson, Sue Spangler, and Denise Gauthier, as well as a team of four consisting of Tammy Stephens, Angie Kramer, Demetra Dickens, and Karen Corgliano, took care of business. Congratulations to each of you!
