WLN Ends Season Spooktacularly!

Mary and Janelle patiently waiting to win

The 2021 Wildhorse Lady Niners’ organized season ended Nov. 3 with a delayed Halloween-themed gathering at the grill. DeeDee Karabetsos of the Play Day Team, along with her ghouls, had a Spooktacular round of play planned for Oct. 27. Unfortunately, the weather was uncooperative with lots of rain, so the fun and games were rescheduled for Nov. 3. Alas, once again, the clouds opened up with wind and rain. Play was canceled, but DeeDee wasn’t deterred, and the celebratory gathering was moved to the grill. Prizes were awarded next to the toasty fireplace. Craig joined the festivities by drawing winning names, and the group continued the celebration with Bloody Marys. It was not the season ending envisioned, but a good time was had by all attendees.

Organized play for 2021 is complete. However, WLN has arranged for a block of 10 tee times starting at 9 a.m. on Wednesday mornings. These times are reserved for WLN members only. Be sure to call the Pro Shop to reserve your Wednesday tee time by no later than Tuesday morning.

WLN organized play will resume in March, 2022!
