Champions Rotary Club Provides Veterans Day Gifts
Champions Rotary Club and LifeWorks worked together to provide Veterans Day gifts to Longmeadow Healthcare Center, 120 Meadowview Drive, Justin, Texas.
Pastor Rick Williamson, Mike Russ, Tina Patel, Robson Ranch resident Gary Toothaker, Alice Russ, and Robson Ranch residents Dave Everly, Steve Pratt, and Larry Ward delivered 120 teddy bears holding American flags and bags of candy.
Happy Veterans Day to our soldiers, both past and present. We owe you our thanks, but more than that, we owe you our freedom. There’s no way to thank our veterans for everything they sacrifice for our freedom, but on Veterans Day, we have to try. So, thank you to all our servicemen and women, both past and present!
“Some people live an entire lifetime and wonder if they have ever made a difference in the world, but our veterans don’t have that problem.” —President Ronald Reagan
