It was all martinis on deck as Cassie and Jim Richardson were the House Band (host) for the November get-together of the Rock & Roll Martini Group. Cassie and Jim chose Carlos Santana as the featured artist for the evening. Santana appeared at Woodstock in 1969 and went on to record commercially successful and critically acclaimed albums.
Cassie and Jim served up chicken chili and cornbread, and the Rockers (members) and guests filled in with a super assortment of appetizers and desserts. The martinis for the evening were the French Martini and the classic Lemon Drop Martini. The group welcomed two new members to the group, Dee and Keenan Wallace. Personalized martini glasses will be presented at the next get-together. No screen doors or martini glasses were harmed at the party.
